- Up to 1,000 messages: topic, urgency and language

- Voice messages transcribed from audio files (up to 60 minutes)

Both packages together: pilot €1,990 net plus VAT (indicative).
The prices shown are indicative for our pilot phase and do not constitute a binding offer. A contract is only concluded once we have prepared a written offer after a personal conversation and you accept it. The scope is defined in the offer and the start date agreed individually. Our offer is addressed exclusively to businesses, not to consumers.
How the pilot works.
Conversation.
We look at how inspections and your inbox work today and choose the properties or mailbox together.
Setup.
You send an export of your properties and units from your management software. We set everything up and check it with you on real examples.
Four weeks of work.
Your team works with the system. After one week and at the end we measure together what helped and what did not.
Decision.
You decide whether to continue. If the pilot ends, you receive your data as an export and we delete it. No follow-up costs.
How we protect your data in the pilot.
Read-only.
We do not write to your management software or your mailbox. Results are suggestions.
Hosted in Germany.
For the pilot we plan to use a language model in German data centres that does not use your data for training. We name every provider involved in the contract before we start.
A person decides.
Findings, assessments and replies are each approved by someone in your team. Nothing goes out automatically.
Data processing agreement.
Before we start, purpose, access, deletion periods and subprocessors are agreed in writing.
Which management software?
The pilot needs no interface: an export file of your properties and units is enough, and common programs provide one. A direct read-only connection is assessed separately for your specific software.
